By accessing or using the BusTruckPark website and the mobile application BT Park ("Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.
2. Important Disclaimer
BusTruckPark is an informational tool only. The Service does not replace professional judgment, official road signage, or applicable traffic laws and regulations. Users must always verify real-world conditions before making decisions.
- Parking availability, prices and services may change without notice
- Height and weight restrictions may not be complete or fully accurate
- Local laws, road signs and height gauges on site always take priority
The "Navigate" function opens a third-party navigation app of your choice, such as Google Maps or Waze. BusTruckPark is not responsible for navigation accuracy or routing decisions.

The Service provides informational data about bus and truck parking locations and road restrictions in Europe and the Russian Federation. The information is provided for general guidance only and does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or real-time updates.
4. Permitted Use
You may use the Service for your own driving and trip planning, including in the course of your professional work as a driver, dispatcher or transport operator.
- Do not misuse the Service or use it for unlawful purposes
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the system
- Do not extract, copy, resell or republish the parking data, in whole or in substantial part, for commercial purposes
5. Intellectual Property
The design, logos, texts, graphics and the parking and restriction database of the Service are the property of BusTruckPark or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License (ODbL). Map tiles are based on OpenMapTiles. Multilingual city names are partly based on Wikidata (CC0).
6. User Submissions
When you suggest a new parking place, report a problem or send us feedback, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You allow BusTruckPark to use, edit and publish the submitted location data and descriptions in the Service free of charge. We may decide not to use a submission. Personal data in submissions is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- Complying with all traffic laws and regulations
- Verifying parking conditions and restrictions on site
- Ensuring safe vehicle operation – do not operate the app while driving
Use of the Service is at your own risk.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service may include integrations or links to third-party services:
- Google Maps, Waze or other navigation apps (navigation)
- OpenStreetMap (map data)
- Google Play (app distribution)
- Google AdSense (advertising on the website)
We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, accuracy, availability, or policies.
9. Advertising
The BT Park app currently does not display advertisements. The website may display advertisements provided by third parties, including Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or claims made in advertisements.
10. Service Availability
We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. The Service may be interrupted, modified, or discontinued at any time without notice. Some functions, such as the background map, require an internet connection.
11. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BusTruckPark shall not be liable for:
- Traffic fines or legal penalties
- Vehicle damage or accidents
- Incorrect or outdated information
- Loss of data, profit, or business
- Service interruptions
This applies whether the damage is direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential.

The Service may contain links to external websites and apps. We are not responsible for the content, security, or practices of these websites and apps.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time without prior notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Zagreb, Croatia.
